The leading wholesale meat supplier to the butchery and food service industry in the UK, our client supplies a comprehensive range of quality wholesale meat, poultry, game and deli products.

They have a proven track record in supplying a diverse customer base including Restaurant Groups, Airlines, Cruise Ships, High Street & Catering Butchers, UK Multiples and Online Businesses.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for Engineering.

Experience and skills required:

· Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the food industry preferred but not essential

· Reactive breakdowns and scheduled PPM maintenance

· Fault diagnostics both electrical and mechanical

· Complying with Health & Safety regulations on site

Qualifications:

· ONC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

· Recognised Engineering qualifications

· Time-served Engineering apprenticeship
