Job Title:            Maintenance and Cleaning Operative
Location:            Wigan (WN2)
Pay Rate:           £13.23 p/hr
Hrs :                  Monday - Friday 07:00-15:30hrs
Contract:            Temp - Permanent

The Company
Our client provides portable cabins and modular offices for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use to a huge variety of industries, including the construction and education sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance and Cleaning Operative to assist in the assembly, basic maintenance, and cleaning of the units prior to them going out for hire.

As the Maintenance and Cleaning Operative, your duties will be:
Cleaning of units and fittings internally and externally
Basic painting of cabin exteriors with roller and/or brush.
General maintenance skills
Assembly and cleaning of furniture
The removal of internal fittings prior to works
To work closely with, and assist trades people in all aspects of maintenance
The ideal Maintenance and Cleaning Operative will hold the following skills and experiences:

Any experience with a trade or good DIY skills would be advantageous.
Excellent team player
A good attitude and work ethic
A willingness to learn new skills
