Sales Manager. Autonomous role. Leicestershire, East Midlands. £50,000 - £60,000 basic with OTE of £70,000+

* Someone with ambition who wants to develop and grow a small business unit within a highly successful SME.

* Strong sales experience – you will ideally have a successful track record selling into the Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or Utility sectors.

* Implementing and delivering Sales Strategy, new business development, account management and development of client relationships across the UK.

* This role is with an expanding SME so you will need to be adaptable, flexible and happy to “wear a number of hats”.

* You can be based remotely, you will need to be prepared for travel across the UK and for monthly meetings at the company head office in Leicestershire.
