Driver Essential

Salary: £170 per day (paid door to door)

Monday - Friday **Overtime available**

ABOUT US:

We at CC Cousins are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within our civil / groundworks division of our facilities maintenance company based in Kent as our Groundworks Supervisor.

As Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing labourers on site; as well as ensuring works are completed to high standard for the client. Your role may be client facing; so, an ability to converse in a professional/ polite manner is also essential.

THE ROLE:

As a Groundwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for a multitude of works on a variation of jobs including but not limited to:

* Leading labourers on site

* Ensuring H&S on site

* Meeting contract agreements on site

* Undertaking civil works

* Ordering materials

Civil works will include:

* Concrete works

* Kerb lines repair, replacement or install.

* Aco channel drainage repair, replacement or install.

* Tarmac works

* Fencing

General locational coverage throughout London the home counties, southeast and south west regions. Hours of work are flexible from early mornings to later afternoons, evenings and weekends available as overtime dependant on workload therefore time flexibility is essential.

A van and fuel card will be provided. A driving licence and transport is essential

DESIRABLE SKILL:

* 3 years or more previous experience in the industry / as a groundworks engineer

* Ability to lead a team of labourers on site essential.

* Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

* Full UK licence is required.

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS (Advantageous)

* Street works (SWQR)

The desirable candidate would be expected to be able to think on their feet and take initiative when needed.
