Pastoral and Behaviour Support Officer - Enfield

? £100-£115 per day (depending on experience)

We're recruiting Pastoral Support Officers on behalf of secondary schools across Enfield who need confident and compassionate individuals to support students with behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing.

This is an impactful role ideal for those with backgrounds in youth work, mentoring, coaching, or behaviour management.

What the Role Involves:

Providing mentoring and emotional support to students
Monitoring behaviour and attendance patterns
Supporting positive student engagement across school life
Liaising with families, teachers, and external agencies where neededThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Calm, resilient and excellent at building relationships
Experienced working with teenagers in school or community settings
Able to work independently while supporting school-wide goals
