BMS Project Manager

Alecto Recruitment is partnered with a global leading provider in the building automation sector.

Due to their continued growth and development they are looking to hire a Building Management Sytems (BMS) Project Manager for London and the South East.

Due to our continual success and growth in the building energy management markets, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver BMS projects at a commercial and operational level.

Projects will include a mix of working with Tier 2 contractors at both SI and MSI level along with delivering smaller projects where you may be dealing directly with a single M&E contractor or end client.

Salary / Package:

£60,000 - £65,000

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering work packages safely, within budget, on time and to client specifications. This will be achieved through working with a dedicated project delivery team whereby you will be expected to manage performance and risk of the project.

Requirements:

Experienced in a similar Project / Contract Management role, ideally coupled with strong technical knowledge in Building Management Systems.
Demonstrate experience in commercial, design, financial and project aspects of multi-disciplinary contracts.
Be a great leader, communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
