We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Science Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a difference in the classroom. You will teach science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 in the future.

We are looking for a Science Teacher (ECT) who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025, along with a degree in a science-related subject

Is passionate about teaching science and has a strong desire to inspire students at Key Stages 3 and 4

Has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth

*

Is reflective and open to feedback, with a strong desire to develop professionally
