My client is a well-established legal firm committed to delivering expert advice and personalised service to all clients. Our Private Client team provides specialist legal support in areas such as wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.

Role Overview:
I am seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a fantastic team in Fareham. This role involves managing a varied caseload, providing tailored legal advice and support to private clients. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining close contact with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

* Managing client relationships and maintaining regular communication regarding case progress.

* Handling complex casework and liaising with third parties such as executors, trustees, banks, and tax advisors.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.

* Attending client appointments, predominantly at the office, with some flexibility for remote work.

* Supporting the team with legal research and case preparation as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant Private Client experience.

* Proven track record in managing private client legal matters effectively.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

* Flexible approach to working arrangements, with an understanding of client appointment requirements.
