Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience (with progression opportunities)

Location: Wickford, Essex, SS11

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Office Based 45 Hours Per Week)

The company are looking for an organised, detail-oriented trainee with an NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Carpentry & Joinery to join their office-based production team. No prior office experience needed – they will provide full training in technical drawing interpretation and cutting list production.

About The Role

As a Trainee Production Planner, you'll learn:

* How to read and interpret technical joinery drawings

* Creating accurate cutting lists and material schedules

* Optimising material usage to minimise waste

* Using industry software (training provided)

* Liaising between designers and the workshop team

Candidate Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Carpentry & Joinery (essential)

* Good numeracy skills and attention to detail

* Basic computer skills (full software training provided)

* Ability to read technical drawings (training given)

* Organised and methodical approach to work
