Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint an M&E/MEP Manager to work on a multi-room high rise project in the centre of Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the £5m M&E package, reporting into the schemes project manager. This is an 18 month contract seeing the project through to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Managing MEP package

* Managing sub-contractors and trades

* Programming

* Project Manager updates

* Progress reports

* Ordering materials

* RAMS

* H&S

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS/ECS, along with the relevant experience managing MEP packages on multi-room/high rise projects.
