 Hours:                        37.5 x1 sleep a week (sleep optional, 47.5 with    sleeps)
 Salary:                        £12.75 (£12.21 sleep rate) 
                                    £23,809.50 - £31,155.54 pro rata

 Embark on an exciting journey with a leading mental health charity as a Support Navigator! In this dynamic contract role, you'll be the guiding light for individuals navigating the complexities of community-based services. You will be working directly with complex mental health issues, with the opportunity to pick up a sleep in shift a week with a competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per sleep (across 12 hours).
 
 Standout Highlights:
  
Manage a caseload of service users with Learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, and neurodivergence. 
Collaboratively create, update, and review risk assessments and support plans. 
Support with crisis intervention & management. 
Work in the community across x2 services and sometimes within people’s homes.  Preferred Requirements: 
  
Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders. 
Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex systems and find solutions. 
Empathy and compassion to provide a caring and supportive experience. 
Familiarity with community-based services and resources. 
Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.  Preferred Qualifications: 
  
Relevant experience in a social service, healthcare, or community-based role 
Demonstrated commitment to advocating for underserved populations
