We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school located in Rainham. You will work closely with class teachers to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students across various key stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in accessing the curriculum in small groups or 1:1.

*

Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and preparing resources.

*

Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

*

Work with SEN pupils to meet individual learning and care needs.

*

Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

*

Support classroom activities, outings, and school events.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role (preferred).

*

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

*

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

*

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
