Residential Conveyancer (1+ Year PQE)

I am delighted to be working on behalf of a genuinely exceptional regional law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their busy and well-established Conveyancing Department.
This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive who is at the beginning of their qualified career and looking for a long-term home within a supportive, stable, and friendly firm.

The Opportunity

My client is seeking a candidate with:
A minimum of 1 year PQE (candidates with slightly less may be considered if they have at least 1 year’s proven pre-qualification experience running their own caseload)
Experience managing their own residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
Working knowledge of:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
New builds
Shared ownership matters
Transfers of equity
General residential conveyancing transactionsYou will be fully supported with dedicated secretarial assistance and will join a collaborative and approachable team environment.
