Thomas Professional are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Employment Coach to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As an Employment Coach, you will:

Work alongside students to understand their skills & abilities

Contact prospect organisations to promote student work placements

Deliver bespoke training and advice sessions on employability and work experience tutorials

Assist in the selection process, matching students with suitable employers

Build strong relationships with employers

Track and record student progress against agreed work experience plans

To be successful as an Employment Mentor, you will:

Have excellent communication skills

Be experienced in developing relationships with companies or organisations

Ideally have experience of working with young people (16-18 year olds)

Have an understanding of education and qualification frameworks

Experience in the digital industry would be advantageous, however, not essential

In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £28,500 per annum depending on experience.
