Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a skilled Accounts Manager who shares a passion for excellence and collaboration.

The Role

As Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and supporting the Partners/Directors with strategic input. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting, team leadership, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries

Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and management reports

Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with business development and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice

Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team player
