I am currently recruiting a Site Manager for a family owned contractor based in Dorset with a £15m turnover. Projects are valued between £1million - £5million and are traditional rather than Design & Build within both public and private sectors.

With over 100 years of trading under their belt, they have built up unrivalled relationships with local clients, Sub-contractors and the supply chain.

Position: Site Manager reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager

Projects: Wide range of projects valued to £4million

As part of the Construction Management team, you will be responsible for aspects of the project including safety, construction delivery and quality.

In addition, you will be expected to continue the client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Management of staff from all disciplines is a key part of this role, as is building a strong, client focused team ensuring members are fully trained and supported

To be successful you will hold a have a proven track record of working on similar sized Construction projects. With a positive, professional team player and customer focused attitude you will have the ability to work effectively within a busy working environment.
