ESOL Tutor Wanted - Headington (OX3) & Abingdon (OX13) Term-Time Face-to-Face 6-Month Minimum Commitment

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ESOL tutor to deliver face-to-face tuition to young people in the Headington and Abingdon areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.

About the Role:

Deliver weekly 2-hour ESOL sessions to small groups of studentsx

Sessions will take place on a fixed day and time, likely in the afternoon or early evening to accommodate college schedules

Support students with homework and provide additional guidance or resources as needed

Build consistent relationships that support both language development and confidence

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering ESOL tuition, ideally to young people

Able to commit to term-time tutoring for a minimum of six months (full programme duration preferred)

Reliable and consistent - able to maintain a regular schedule to build trust and familiarity

Locations: Headington and Abingdon
Schedule: Weekly 2-hour sessions, afternoons/early evenings (term-time only)
Commitment: Minimum of 6 months
