We’re seeking a capable and experienced Office Manager to join our small but fast-paced team. This is a standalone role where you'll work closely with the Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing vital support across block and estate management activities.

While this role will initially be fully remote, there may be occasional requirements to attend our parent company’s office in Borehamwood or visit sites when necessary.

As Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing core administrative functions to supporting property management tasks, you’ll also act as the key point of contact for tenants, leaseholders, and landlords. In addition, you’ll assist with budgeting and financial administration, helping to ensure services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities include:

Overseeing office administration, supplies, and staff coordination
Providing support for block and estate management activities
Managing communications with tenants and stakeholders
Supporting budgeting, invoicing, and financial processes
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirementsHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Location: Remote (flexible working)

Office Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in block or estate management.
Strong knowledge of property management processes, building regulations, and landlord/tenant law.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in budgeting, invoicing, and financial administration.Office Manager Benefits:
