We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team at the Bank of America site in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in administration, ideally within an engineering or facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the engineering and FM team
Update and manage records using Excel, Smartsheet, and CAFM or helpdesk systems
Assist with reactive and planned preventative maintenance tracking
Support finance and budgeting tasks
Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams and clients
Essential Skills:
Strong administration experience
Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, and helpdesk or CAFM systems
Experience with financial tracking or budgets
Good communication skills and customer service experience
Analytical and detail-oriented
Desirable Experience:
Previous work within the engineering or facilities management sector
