My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant that has a strong understanding of transactional finance and that is interested in the potential of progressing into management accounts. My client is a growing business in the property industry, and are known for their investment to providing top quality training and progression pathways to their staff.

Description

Bank reconciliations
Accounts payable including processing invoices, statement checks & preparing payment runs
Council tax reconciliations
Preparing payroll schedules ready for payment
Intercompany recharges B2B
Supporting month end processes including calculation and processing of accruals, prepayments and deferred income
Working collaboratively with the management accountants function and credit control to investigate and resolve all accounts receivables queries
Proactively and professionally manage supplier and resident queries by telephone or email Profile

Have gained relevant experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger role
Strong communication skills
Ambitious and motivated to progress
Ability to work as part of a teamJob Offer

Generous salary of £28,000
Hybrid working after probation (3 days on site/2 days at home)
Discretionary bonus up to 10%
