My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Technology (Northgate/NEC) Project Manager on a Contract basis.

This role will lead the phased implementation of Northgate/NEC at the Council.

Northgate/NEC project management experience is essential.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid - very flexible):

Lead the implementation of NEC/Northgate Housing, including key modules (assets, risk management, servicing, etc.).
Articulate and deliver phased implementation plans (of up to 2 years)
Lead on senior stakeholder engagement and management.About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience with Northgate / NEC implementation projects
Strong understanding of NEC Housing processes (workflow, work in/out).
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
Strong Project Management fundamentals (e.g. Prince 2)
Local Authority experience is very beneficial.What's on offer:

Salary: £500-£600+ per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
