We are working with a highly recognised, industry leading Fire and Security business and is growing rapidly. The company has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the Country. Due to their expanding team and client base, they are now seeking a Small Works Manager to manage projects under £10K around the UK, utilising subcontractor resource

Must have
Must have project management experience and be SSSTS or equivalent certified with a strong understanding BS5839  preferably FIA certified. 

Responsibilities 

Understand, plan, gain approval for and implement small works projects
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Manage the project budget
Create a project plan and schedule
Support and direct the team
Lead quality assurance
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
Evaluate and assess the result of the project
