Teaching Assistant Needed - Year 3 (Kidderminster)

Aspire People are seeking a hands-on, dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a lovely Year 3 class in a welcoming primary school based in Kidderminster.

This is a full-time position starting in January, perfect for someone passionate about helping children progress and thrive.

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting small intervention groups with lower-ability learners

Delivering targeted phonics support

Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities

Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment

Providing one-to-one support where needed

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with primary-aged children

Confident delivering phonics sessions

Patient, proactive, and supportive

Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
