Role : Maintenance Engineer

Location: Coventry
Salary: £49,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:

Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules
Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern
Relevant qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
