Your Role: Shaping First Impressions and Lasting Relationships

As the Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. You’ll lead the customer journey from the ground up guiding enquiries, building trust, and creating a warm, welcoming environment before the doors even open.

This is your chance to influence culture, create community connections, and drive occupancy in a brand-new setting. You’ll work closely with the senior team, marketing, and care staff to deliver a five-star experience right from the start.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead and manage the full admissions and sales process
From initial contact to move-in, you’ll provide a smooth, reassuring, and supportive experience.

* Build strong, lasting relationships
Act as a trusted guide for families and residents, ensuring their journey into care is compassionate and positive.

* Promote the home within the local community
Collaborate on outreach, events, and marketing efforts to raise awareness and establish a presence in Studley.

* Create an exceptional customer experience
Help shape a service culture rooted in care, dignity, and attentiveness—starting from day one.

* Track, report, and follow-up on all enquiries
Use CRM and internal systems to manage leads, communications, and progress updates efficiently.

Who We’re Looking For

* Experience in a care setting or healthcare admissions – essential
