Chef De Partie / Team Chef

Hours: 9am - 4pm
Days: 5 days from 7 on a rota basis
Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Duties:
Working within a team of chefs in preparing and serving healthy snacks, lunches and evening meals
Working to specifications, dietary requirements, quality, hygiene and health & safety standards,
Food preparation and cooking,
Stock control, replenishment and rotation,
Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Experience:
Must have previous catering experience, preferably within a high volume environment.
Must have a valid Food Safety certificate, relevant catering qualifications are an preferred.
DBS clearance is preferred however will be processed for the right candidate.
Must be able to work well within a team environment, to instruction.
Salary: £15.00 per hour worked
