Mon-Fri 9 to 5I'm currently looking for a Service Manager to lead the team at specialist registered nursing care home providing support for adults with physical & learning disabilities, complex needs and sensory impairments based in Swadlincote.

Looking for someone nurse qualified with experience of leadership in a nursing home setting.

The ideal applicant will have:

NMC Registered
A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
Substantial experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.
