Residential Property Paralegal

Nottingham | Office-Based | Salary DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property within a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will be supporting fee earners and assisting with a broad range of residential property matters, including:

Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

Preparing and progressing files from instruction through to completion

Drafting legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

Assisting with post-completion matters

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in residential conveyancing (paralegal or legal assistant level)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy office environment

A proactive and team-focused approach

Salary dependent on experience

23 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 1 year's service
