We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at a well-established nursery located in South West London.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5. You will work closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Monitor, assess, and record each child’s progress

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment

Follow safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A warm, caring, and flexible approach
