As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Supporting teaching and learning strategies to boost attainment, including for students with SEND

Working with individual students and small groups to provide tailored support

Observing and reporting on student progress to inform planning and interventions

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school

To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

A caring, patient, and resilient individual with a sense of humour

Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)

Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

Willingness to learn new skills, including braille if required

Good general education, including GCSE English

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 pro rata, per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a part-time role (20 hours a week) - Actual salary up to £13,600 per annum.
