Job Title: High Level Order Picker - Nights (HLOP)
Location: Sutton Coldfield

Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities of a High Level Order Picker - Nights (HLOP):

Operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.

Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.

Accurately pick stock from high-level locations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience for a High Level Order Picker - Nights (HLOP):

Minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience is essential.

Previous experience operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) is essential.

A valid, in-date HLOP licence/certificate is required.

VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience is desirable but not essential.

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Willingness to commit to a long-term role and progress within the business.
