Office based role in Heywood - onsite parking 
Salary up to £25,000
Working hours Mon - Fri 42.5 hours p/w An excellent opportunity has opened up with my client based in Heywood to join their busy and growing Customer Service Support department. The role has come up due to an internal promotion and is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and successful business.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Support role; 

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - a keen eye for numbers would be an advantage
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to cross sell / up sell additional products where appropriate 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues
Accurately update the database with all customer interactions and transactions We are looking for a confident communicator who can build and maintain customer and internal relationships. 

Previous experience in a similar Customer Service based role would be a major advantage. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with general computer programs - MS Office etc
