Join a leading manufacturing business in Peterborough that's investing in growth and innovation. We're looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently and downtime is minimised.

You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead, and working on a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.

This company is passionate about developing its people-whether you're looking to expand your technical skillset or step into leadership, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Need:

5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Level 3 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias)
FMCG experience is a strong advantage
