Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils

*

Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

*

Use a range of assessment strategies to track and support pupil progress

*

Differentiate learning effectively, including for those with SEN or EAL needs

*

Work closely with your mentor, phase leader, and SEN team

*

Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff

*

Engage in ongoing professional development and school activities

Requirements

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential

*

Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children in a UK school (school-based or relevant voluntary work)

*

Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum

*

Passionate about delivering high-quality education for all pupils

*

Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and continuous improvement

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
