Join our team in Spalding as a Class 1 Tramping Driver, delivering to distribution centres only - no store deliveries, no nonsense.

This role offers guaranteed shifts, a structured rota, and highly competitive PAYE rates, all with weekly pay and fixed start times to suit your lifestyle.

Pay Rates (PAYE - Consolidated)
Weekday Days - £17.50 per hour
Weekday Nights - £19.40 per hour
Saturday Days - £20.05 per hour
Saturday Nights - £21.45 per hour
Sunday Days - £21.35 per hour
Sunday Nights - £23.05 per hour
Bank Holidays - £23.05 per hour

Your Time at Work
- Tramping Shift Pattern - 4 on, 1 off, followed by 4 on, 3 off - giving you regular extended breaks and a predictable routine
- Early Start Window - Start times between 00:00 and 04:00
- Frozen & DC Trunking Only - No store deliveries, just clean and simple trunk runs
- Plan Ahead with Confidence - Rotas provided at least 4 weeks in advance so you can organise work and life with ease

Our Perfect Worker
- Minimum 6 months of HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Digi card & DQC
- Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DR, DD, IN, or TT offences)
