Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Qualified SENCO to work in a Secondary School in Stourbridge. This position is a rewarding post which enables the right candidate to build positive rapport up with staff, students & parents.

This post is only open to candidates who have a SENCO qualification. IT is a NON TEACHING ROLE.

**Previous School Experience is required for this role**

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

- Previous experience working with SEN caseloads

- Previous experience working as a school SENCO

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties

- Confidence to lead in SLT meetings

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
