We are seeking an experienced qualified Social Worker to join Sutton's Children with Disabilities Service on a long term basis.

This is a stable, very well structured borough - with a genuinely relationship based model and extremely good management oversight + low churn.

To be considered you must:

Be SWE registered

Have substantive / recent experience specifically working as a CWD Social Worker

Be fully DfE Children's Social Care Rules compliant

Have strong experience and confidence in direct CWD statutory work (CIN / CP / Court)

Be able to hold and progress complex disability cases with good multi-agency coordination

Offer / Package:

Hybrid working

Long term ongoing contract (12 months+)

London borough

Competitive pay rates for London experience level

Start ASAP (we can wait for 4 week notice)

Sutton have a strong, respectful, very well led Children with Disabilities service with good outcomes and extremely reasonable caseloads. You will be supported. This is not a crisis spinning borough.
