We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wolverhampton, known for its supportive staff and vibrant learning environment. They are seeking a confident and flexible Cover Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain classroom experience, support student learning, and work within a structured yet dynamic school setting.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere

Supporting students in their learning and responding to questions as needed

Liaising with other staff to ensure smooth handovers and consistent pupil support

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and student engagement

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working in a secondary school setting (teaching or support)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Adaptability and confidence when covering different subjects

A proactive, positive, and professional attitude

A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and references
