My client is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to join their infrastructure team at Associate or Director level. This is a strategic role for an experienced professional ready to lead high-profile projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery.
Provide technical guidance on drainage, highways, and flood risk schemes.
Support and mentor engineers working towards chartership.
Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.

What They’re Looking For:
Chartered status
Proven experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of adoptable road and sewer design, SUDS, and FRA documentation.
Proficiency in InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
