In the heart of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire an ‘Good’ Secondary School are on the hunt for a Business Studies Teacher to join them from September 2026. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. (Employed directly by the school)

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Business Studies Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It’s an exciting time at the school!

Early Career Teacher of Business Studies Teacher (ECT) will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced teachers.

* Able to deliver BTEC Business and BTEC retail Business

PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Must have QTS or QTLS

* Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs

* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level

* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers

* Must be willing to listen to feedback
