Description

The successful HR Analyst will be responsible for the below points:

Provide support for recruitment, on-boarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

A successful HR Analyst should have:
