Sole Payroll Manager

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a construction business in London who are seeking a sole charge Payroll Manager to take full control the end-to-end payroll process and implement process improvements.

Duties:

* Monthly payroll management for 500 employees

* Weekly payroll management for 100 contractors

* Accurately input and verify payroll data while making sure deadlines are met and regulations are followed

* Coordinate with the payroll provider to guarantee seamless processing for a small European operation

* Address payroll questions from employees promptly and with a helpful approach

* Assist with pension enrolments, manage income protection, and coordinate with external providers as needed

* Identify and implement process improvements

* Keep track of payroll records and create reports for senior management

Salary + additional information:

* £50,000 – £70,000 + bonus

* 5 days in the office
