we are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Support production processes including printing .

Accurately read, follow, and complete paperwork and job instructions

Maintain high quality standards in line with brand expectations

Operate machinery safely and efficiently (full training provided)

Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Work collaboratively with team members and follow supervisor instructions

What We’re Looking For:
able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Excellent attention to detail

Able to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely

Confident reading and filling out job sheets, quality check forms, and other production paperwork

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Previous experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential

basic IT skills
