Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Gloucester and the surrounding areas.
As a preferred supplier of choice to many secondary schools in Gloucester and the surrounding areas, Tradewind has opportunities available for the right individuals, meaning there's plenty of work if you have a suitable skillset!
Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate or aspiring teacher, a parent returning to work, or someone who has worked with young people in another setting, we'd love to hear from you now!

?‍? Your Role:
* Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning
* Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons

? Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train (preferably who drive and have a car)
* Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching
* People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.)
* Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals
✨ No school experience? No problem!
We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed and build confidence in the classroom.

* Flexible roles to suit your schedule

* Typical annual earnings between £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)
