Role- Electrical Design Engineer

Salary- £30,000- £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

Type- Permanent

Location- Remote (Company based near London)

My client work within engineering and they are looking to take on a Graduate / Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team.

The Electrical Design Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes:

Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Have knowledge or experience of working with AutoCAD or similar electrical design CAD software
Knowledge of electrical regulations and design
Be able to do lighting and load calculations
Any knowledge of Amtech, Dialux or similar would be ideal too
Be able to work on a remote basis
Be keen to learn and develop a range of skills
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThe Electrical Design Engineer role will involve:

Working within the existing engineering electrical team
Working with electrical CAD software like AutoCAD
Doing lighting and load calculations
Working on a range of projects
Always looking at identifying areas for improvements
