Who will you be working for?

This fantastic organisation is a growing provider of Residential Childcare with, at present, four children’s homes in Kidderminster & Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. They are a therapeutic PACE provider with a senior management team that boasts over 30 years of experience in the sector. They have been running since 2020 and have since received at least “Good” ratings across all homes that have been inspected.

This position is for a young “Good in all areas” 3 Bedded EBD home in Bewdley, Kidderminster. They currently support two young people who express interest in tech & gaming, and everything horse-related, respectively! * Training & Qualifications: Opportunity to complete a fully funded & accredited Level 4 in Residential Childcare qualification, paid induction program, and continuous training opportunities, including the therapeutic ‘PACE’ approach, and more!

* Progression Opportunities: Real opportunities for progression once you complete the Level 4 in Residential Childcare – some staff here have completed this in less than half the allotted timeframe to immediately boost their earnings!

* Holiday: 5.6 weeks (28 days) of paid annual leave, including bank holidays. Use 2 days and receive up to 10 days off in a row!

What Will The Role Entail?

As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will be a vital part of the daily lives of young people in care, ensuring that they have a stimulating, nurturing, and stable environment.
