Salary Scale: £95-£105 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education is looking for proactive Primary Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in Sheffield. This role involves assisting in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and class teachers.

Primary Teaching Assistant Role:

Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction of the head teacher and classroom teachers.
Support students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum.
Work with other professionals to determine individual student needs.
Promote positive student behaviour and support students' health and safety.
The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be flexible and creative with the ability to facilitate learning.
Show a commitment to professional growth and development.
