Role: Drainage Engineer
Salary: £30000-£35000 p/a plus overtime.
Location: Kent & Surrounding areas

Hours: Mon-Fri, 50 hours per week. (weekends available and on call). Overtime is time and a half.

Our client is a leading commercial drainage company in the UK, is expanding its Reactive team and seeking a talented individual to carry out reactive drainage works.

About the Role:
As a Drainage Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Reactive Team, responding to changing events and solving problems in real time. Your responsibilities will include carrying out essential repairs, providing accurate job updates using our app, and making recommendations for further works where necessary. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct reactive and maintenance works, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
Maintain effective communication with our 24-hour helpdesk team and provide accurate job updates using our app.
Utilise your drainage and plumbing background to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera work.
Demonstrate proficiency in high-pressure water jetting techniques.
Display a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Work well as part of a team and possess good communication skills.
Ensure self-motivation, discipline, and a serious approach to health and safety standards.
Be flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and be available for callouts.
The ideal Drainage Engineer will have a full driving license with experience working as a Drainage Engineer including CCTV, jetting, civils and lining experience along with internal and external works.
