WF Tech is partnering with a well-established precision engineering company in Basildon to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer with strong Mazak expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and reputable manufacturer producing high-quality, tight-tolerance components for a range of industries.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
⦁ Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC turning machines
⦁ Creating and modifying programs using Mazatrol
⦁ Manufacturing precision components from engineering drawings
⦁ Selecting tooling and optimizing machining processes
⦁ Conducting first-off inspections and ensuring consistent quality
⦁ Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams
About You
⦁ Proven CNC Turner/Programmer experience
⦁ Strong working knowledge of Mazak lathes and Mazatrol controls
⦁ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
⦁ High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
⦁ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
