Position: Care Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Location: Just a 9-minute walk from Westcliff train station

Hours: 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility may be required at weekends from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee care operations and ensure a high standard of service.
Provide hands-on support and leadership to staff.
Develop and maintain individual care plans tailored to each resident.

A Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in care management.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive atmosphere.
